Why train!

Why must I train, a simply answered question, because it makes you healthy and keeps your body strong and fit, plus it removes a lot of lifestyle diseases.

How to train?

That is the most freqently question asked, how must i train, how often, wich exercises, what shall i eat, etc, etc, . All these questions can´t be answered with simple answers, there are a lot of things you have to take in to consideration, before you can come up with an answer, things like, bodytype, your weight, weak and strong bodyareas, what you want with the training, and especially motivation. When these factors are dealth with, the answer will be more accurate. I have trained for about 12 years, and with very good results, because of my strong motivation, I used to be a little stick, all through my years in school, imagine how many times I was picked last in gymclass, and came home with wet pants, that´s right, very often, so when i went out of school i told my self that this should be over, so i went to join a gym, and when I saw the first results I very quick got me a strong motivation, and i turned the training into a lifestyle.

How serious!

Let us make one thing clear, you don´t have to be a competing bodybuilder to get results, but you have to be serious, I´ve made many trainingprograms to many different people, with many different goals, but one thing is for sure if you wnat results, then once a week is not enough to train. As a beginner you should start with the 1/1 method, one days training, one days rest, so your body can get used the new stress you put on it, that will keep you away from injuries, i´ve seen many guys coming into the gym and start lifting the weights like crazy, for a week, and never seen them again, because their bodys where totally broke down, that´s not an example to follow,

when your body are getting used to the weights and you have trained for a while you can start to work out every day except sunday that´s your day off, for restitution, you train two bodyparts a day, like

  1. chest and back
  2. triceps and biceps (and forearms)
  3. shoulders and legs
  4. your abdominal, you train every day

Is that it?

No, there´s so much more in it, like, reps, exercises, food, intensitivity technics, trainingmethods, anatomy, wich exercises build mass, and wich are defining, but if i should write all of this down it would fill out 678 pages, so instead I will answer all questions about training all of you make here, that will save you a lot of time reading, and you will have specific answers, so just ask and you shall recieve.

To all
